within 14 days of receiving your tablets or first subscription order with the subject 'return'

we accept returns on unopened pearlies toothpaste tablets within 14 days of postal delivery. opened packages are not accepted.

pearlies are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

please include the name and order number in the package. 

we do not offer a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

bulk orders or orders over £100 are ineligible for return but subject to additional evaluation by pearlies.
